Day 155..."Amazing Sampson Stories...Healing after 38 Years"

Sampson was amazing in strength and stories. He tied foxes tails together and burned them, killed a 1000 people with the jawbone of an ass. Later he would bring down an imposing structure. He lied when asked the soure of his strength. What an amazing story of "good hair." The Proverbs speak so plainly do they not..."Blessed is the one who listens to me, watching daily at my gates,waiting beside my doors. For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord, but he who fails to find me injures himself; all who hate me love death.” God wants to bless, do we make the choices not to be? One of my favorite stories is the man at the Pool of Bethesda. He was lame 38 years. Jesus invited him to be well. The man was "in a rut" awaiting fulfillment of angels stirring the water. Is insanity expecting a different result and doing the same thing over and over again? Jesus offered a new choice...rising up and walk! This man found hope after awaiting thirty-eight years! Hope is possible for us! What a life changing story!
