Day 344..."Zechariah...The reason for Scripture"

Zechariah begins with a call to return to the Lord and several visions. The visions includes horseman, horns and craftsman, and a vision of a man with a measuring line. Paul warns against "godless" living. John Wesley referenced this passage with "form of religion" but not the power. He also gives the reason for Scripture..."All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work." Our journey through the Bible hopefully has offered us these qualities.
