Day 13 "How Long?"
The Psalmist (David) asks the question..."How Long?" In focusing on the Psalms we read honest feelings such as "how long will I have to endure this?" One of the reasons some people fall away from the Lord is that they lose patience, when circumstances appear not to change. Have we the faith to endure the "how long" moments that come to us all? I recently read about Jesus waiting rather than immediately going to Lazarus who dies. The results was that in the waiting the Lord raised Lazarus from the dead. Could that be considered a "greater" blessing or just a picture for us of the assurance of the resurrection of the dead? How long indeed!
