Day 40 What to make of unfair wages?

Jesus' parable of the workers in the vineyard does raise eyebrows. How can the last workers, ho worked only one hour, receive the same wages as those who worked all day? Obviously the answer lies in the priceless value of grace as not wages. Why would a disciple begrudge working longer in life? Would this also be a point to consider?
