Day 88 Happy Thanksgiving! How many offerings?

Thanksgiving Day is a day to count our blessings and give thanks. Thanks is the greatest motive for giving an offering. Today in Numbers we read about eight different kinds of offerings. We may become concerned with too many today. Is that not silly? In readings found in both the Old and New Testaments we see the priority of giving to the Lord. Our Gospel reading in Mark is an account of Jesus offering of Himself on the cross. (For more read Day 88 in the November, 2006 link)
