Day 122 Succession of Leadership Plan?

Joshua is to follow Moses. He is instructed to be "strong and courageous." Is this not a good succession plan. The leadership plan is still current today. Every good leadership plan has a plan of developing future leaders. Another place of evidence regarding how the truth of the Bible is timeless and always relevant.
