Day 126 Leaders, Builders, and Shakers?

Joshua assumes the awesome task of succeeding Moses. He is instructed to be strong and courageous as a leader. Psalm 127 teaches the secret to building a life..."Unless the Lord builds the house,those who build it labor in vain." This is similar to Jesus teaching about the "Wise and Foolish Builders." Zaccheaus was a real "shaker" as he came tumbling out of the tree out of joy! The person who neglected his talent was reprimanded. The two servants who used their gifts multiplied and expanded. We are to use what God has given us and not protect. All the readings today point toward the way to lead, build, and be a real "shaker" even out of a tree in Zaccheaus' case.
