Day 131 Are you glad you are reading?
The Word of God will live forever. Jesus says..."Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." When I read of Jesus speaking of persecution, the end of times, and the end of what we know...then the assurance that the WORD lives forever. Another good reason to read the Bible each day.

In today's Psalm we read God's promise to David fulfilled in Jesus. The best commentary on the Bible is the Bible. This is illustrated by the two genealogies that give both Mary and Joseph's relationship to David to fulfill God's Promise. Of course, the one for Mary is the most important because Joseph was not Jesus' father but it shows the kingly line. God is always faithful to HIS Word - the Bible.
