Day 142 What a way to stay out of trouble?

The Psalmist gives one bit of advice on how to stay out of trouble..."Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth;keep watch over the door of my lips!" Is this guard over the mouth another way of saying..."keep our mouth shut!" People have not changed much in thousands of year have they?
