Day 146 Notice anything about Psalm 148 and 149?

Praise the Lord is a strong theme in both Psalm 148 and 149. There is something I noticed about how each Psalm began and ended. Both Psalms begin and end with "praise the Lord." The Psalmist certainly had the praise of God on his lips. He often evoked the phrase. Should not we? Praise the Lord.
