Day 164 "Will listening make ears tingle?"

A beautiful phrase is found in the story of Samuel being called in the night. Samuel said to the Lord "His servant was listening"...notice the emphasis on listening..."And the Lord came and stood, calling as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant hears.” Then the Lord said to Samuel, “Behold, I am about to do a thing in Israel at which the two ears of everyone who hears it will tingle."

On another note Jesus says "I AM" in reference to the Abraham. The listeners pick up stones outraged.
