Day 177 How to avoid fear?

How do we avoid fear? Jesus provides teaching on not being afraid. The Bible does teach us not to fear. Perhaps the strongest teaching is found in John..."Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." What great news for hearts that are troubled.
