Day 199 How to handle the highs and lows?

Elijah was victorious on Mt. Carmel with the Baal worshippers...but sank into depression, when he heard Jezebel was after him. How can one go from the high of victory to the low of defeat so quickly? Elijah is somewhat like many of us that are "high" and "low." How do we handle both...obviously by seeking and seeing the Lord. The broom tree may represent all of those places in our lives we "wallow" in self pity. Have we a Mt. Carmel experience? Have we a broom tree experience?
