Does the Bible speak of today's enonomy with four dollar gas prices and foreclosures? Of course! Look at Haggi 1:6..."You have planted much, but have harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it." Any doubt the Bible does not speak to today's economy. Holes in the pockets? Working and going through wages. Thousands of years ago and today. So true. Amen.
