Day 247 What story in the Old Testament sounds like this one?

As I was reading the story in the Book of Acts about Herod killing James and wanting to kill Peter, I was reminded of an Old Testament story. In the Book of Esther, Haman seeks to kill Mordecai (and the Jews) on gallows but winds up dying on the gallows he had built. In this chapter of Acts, Herod seems to have the upper hand but an angel comes to the rescue of Peter in prison. The mysterious jailbreak changes the tone completely and Herod's power over the Lord's servants appears lame and foolish...even to the point of dying in the folly. Herod and Haman do have a similiar outcome.
